i will check that payment method, did you try to load cash to paypal by bank transfer? because paypal has now not only credit card payment option, but you can also charge your paypal account with local bank transfer, and then pay for license without having credit card

I want bay license but i'm from Georgia and can't pay by card, also PayPal isn't in Georgia. I created Paypal but PayPal can't see card from my country and how can i send money on Paypal?

if you will use third party to buy license, consider to buy it for 6 month (due to 3rd party fees)

when you contact with them, you just need to tell them, that once they buy license with paypal email, to their mail will send key, which they should forward to you
