New problem W78

TW has changed something in W78, which makes an application error.

Village builds cannot be refreshed, and I presume other stuff cant be refreshed as well.
A new "challenge" tutorial icon has appeared, which might be the reason ?

This problem is caused by "Capture the crests"

this ends in 52 hours, (just over 2 days) So i presume this will end the problem.

I play on .net w79 and I have also this even but bot works fine for me.

Does this problem still exist?
