Troop builing stopped

Hi
All of a sudden all troop building has stopped.
Task Que states checking troop building, but troops do not get produced.
I noticed a TW update, not sure if this is the cause

Recruit army is not working, I noticed that what happens is that the cities statics update is not updating the farm information, the population is reset.

This happen to resource balancer too

Same problem here. Guessing its because a new offer that popped up this morning between village name and resource counter. It seems to affect mainly bot's resource scan system and in its turn troop recruiting, building, RBalancer. ACoordinator seems to be working though. Anyone has any ideas?

I don't know if this offer is on other servers too, but I checked it on www.fyletikesmaxes.gr
