Max [x] ongoing attacks from all cities to 1 farming village

Hello!

This option seems to work fine!
But there is a weird issue when there is wall destruction active.
It sends rams and accompanying troops from all the villages that farm that farmed village!
Is this an error, or is this just something I gotta live with?

More specifically it sends to the same list of villages as the other villages (in same order) that sends rams on that iFarmer run.

I almost wanna make a Ram village just to avoid this issue soon

this logic is only for sending normal attacks, but I will add it to rams, will be in 1.090

I will not add it to buildings destruction because you want to send normal farming attacks and destroy buildings at the same time(however it would be nice to add Max[x] for buildings destruction only)
