Tonight I started having issues with the bot. It is now working anymore and in the logs this is shown: [TimeSynchronization] → → Time synchronization: Waiting for Refreshing map data end

Anyone else experiencing this? Is this something on my side, or is there something wrong with the bot?

you can always try a fresh start.

donwload and unzip in a new folder
start all over again
see if that works

if you run the same bot installation folder with many works, let's say on w25 and then on w26 then the map processing takes a lot of time and is wrong, that's why you have [TimeSynchronization] → → Time synchronization: Waiting for Refreshing map data end

as @is23jon said, try fresh installation for it

and I have the same problem, the hex is aware and trying to solve, in my case, it may be because they have finished the barbarian villages of the server ... I believe that there are new things out there ... anyway, if anyone knows of any technique to facilitate synchronization ...
