Nothing updating on bot first run

I've previously used UTWB without any issues but I've just bought a license and logged in and nothing will update, the task queue just says pending and nothing will run.

Tried both the .net server and co.uk, updated city statistics, added all cities nothing works.

OK the logs say no internet connection, I'm assuming problem with tw?
