Attack Coordinator doesn`t work

Hello there!

The Attack Coordinator doesn`t work.

I set the following times:

I updated to the last version (2016.12.11) and it still happens.

I`m using a 16GB of RAM, i7-4810MQ with a GFORCE GTX 860M and this is the only one machine connected on the router(wired).

This is a really annoying issue when sending noble trains. You have to manually space each attack by say 50ms. That helps REDUCE (not fix) the issue. Even so, the issue still happens sometimes, and worse yet it sometimes doesn't even send all 4 attacks.

I tried with 50~100ms difference and still the same
