I'm following the tutorial and first I"m trying to register and use the free-trial, but I can't even register because I can't see the "Bot Server" tab in my program. What seems to be the problem?

plz anyone had the same trouble as I'm having right now? windows 10, dpi set to 100%, have all the requirements, downloaded the newest version, still nothing.
