IMHO, RBalancer should have an option to make a few "catch-all" villages.
What I mean by that is that if no villages actually need resources, it should send it to a specific village.
I have set it up at this time with a get resources higher than send resources, but if that village also is the one minting gold coins, that would be fatal, as the Rbalancer seems to only send to that village anyways.
I have noticed that if I set 2 villages up like I described above, they send to each other all the time, and that makes it a little annoying as well, as the merchants will be overloaded, and not help the villages in need.
I am at this time planning to have multiple clusters, and 1-2 merchant bonus villages in each of them, and in my honest opinion, there should be a way to maybe set a trade route between clusters, so those links will have an equal amount of resources regardless of the "Get Resources".
I think the first part of this could be solved by making a "priority list" of which villages should be prioritized (Kind of like the thing in "Building" tab)
Sorry for making so many suggestions lately, but features like this is really useful to avoid overflow and keep growth stable over a long period of time
