try to close and run utwb again, check if you can login with a normal web browser

it is very rare, but usually restart fix the problem

what operating system do you have? try to install IE 9 or 10, and then in bot "Settings->General" choose IE version, restart application

if you can run bot so admin is ok, but you can try to run it "as admin"

please use "run" in system and type "ipconfig /renew" then "ipconfig /flushdns" then try to log in to game with regular browser, then try with bot

try to make fresh UTWB folder with fresh settings,
try to use older version of bot
