[RESOLVED] Bot not doing CAPTCHA (Edited, more info + logs)

As the title says, when my bot tries to do the login bot check, it crashes.

No error msg, program just closes down.

After some more reading, i noticed that i also need the file "tokendlc.dat" which i did not get when downloading the bot.
Where can i find this .dat file?

Guess that file is not needed anymore i read somewhere.

For some reason the bot is working now again, but here is part of my log from a few days ago:

As u can see, the bot was closed after encountering the captcha. Kinda weird it doesn't say WHY it closed, maybe add that to the log file because now u don't know why the bot closed by itself (no error message whatsoever.)

tokendic.dat is not required anymore,

when bot will crash, please pack(7zip,zip,rar) whole "logs" folder and criticalError.txt file(it should be created after crash), make sure that logs contains bussinesslogs.txt as well(if they dont go to "Settings->General" and uncheck option "Disable internal logs") - then businesslogs.txt should be craeted

upload zip package and give links, you can send links to my mail if you dont want to make it public

do you have installed .net 2.0, 3.5, 4.0 all 3 versions?

It just crashed again after working perfectly for 2 days... i heard it do something, so i checked and it was busy doing captcha, but as soon as i took the bot window to front, and it tried to do captcha, it crashed.

Next time it crashes again, ill post the logs, dont have bussiness log yet.
is it possible the bot crashes because i had the bot window on top?

no i dont have all those .NET versions, but i do have 4.5, and i've been told that 4.5 can work like previous versions. (plz correct me if im wrong...)

After some googeling, i found the following:

It is true that:

the .NET 4.5 Framework class library:

contains everything from the .NET Framework class library;
contains everything from the .NET 3.5 SP1 Framework class library;
contains everything from the .NET 3.0 SP2 Framework class library;
contains everything from the .NET 2.0 SP2 Framework class library;
contains everything from the .NET 1.1 SP1 Framework class library;

The.NET Framework 4.5 has the same version number as .NET 4 and Microsoft is working to make it backwards compatible so that it supports existing applications. (.NET 4.5 and .NET 3.5 can still be installed side by side.) [found with google]

so only .NET Frameworks 4.5 is needed.

Weird thing is that the 2 other txt files "bussinesslogs" and "CriticalError" are not present even though "Disable internal logs" is unchecked. Could it be that the bot just closes down the program? And if so, why only when the bot is NOT minimized?

The 2 days it was running fine 24 hours a day i had it minimized (i think, not 100% sure).

well, based on logs, bot stops after loading image, and then when OCR engine is creating

i faced with this problem on XP virtual machine(by myself i use win8), what helped with that error?
i had installed .net 4.0
i installed .net 2.0 - didn't work
then installed .net 3.5 - it worked
then i uninstalled .net 2.0 - it stoped working

some OCR dll's are build with 2.0 and 3.5 CLR - thats why you need it

for now i don't have time to check if .net 4.5 fix that problem, i will gogle for it, on my win8 i have .net 4.5 MULTI TARGETING PACK, however it was installed along with Visual Studio 2012(it installs a lot of shit )

so, if you can, please install .net 2.0 and then .net 3.5(in that order), just try to do it,

Well, the problem is that i run Win7. Win 7 already has .net 2.0 and 3.5 preinstalled on it so when i try to install either of them manually, it says i need to enable it in the add/remove windows parts window in the add/remove programs and it wont let me install either of them, but i only have the option to enable 3.5.1 .net.

Gonna enable some extra stuff in add/remove windows parts, and do some necessary windows updates, haven't done that in ages.
Will come back on this problem later, after all updates are done, and IF the problem then still occurs. Of course if not i will also leave a msg here.

After doing a majorly Windows update (took like 4 hours, lol) and receiving multiple updates for .NET 3.5.1 AND 4.5 i am hoping all is working properly now. I tried that verification tool u told me about, and it says that:

.NET Framework 1.0
.NET Framework 1.1
.NET Framework 2.0 SP2
.NET Framework 3.0 SP2
.NET Framework 3.5 SP1
.NET Framework 4.0 Client
.NET Framework 4.0 Full
.NET Framework 4.5

are all succesfully verified.

Will keep u informed if it keeps running or not.

if bot will succesfully write CAPTCHA code it will means that it was .net problem and bot will work correctly

I think u dont understand my problem.

I have had the bot running for 2 days in a row (24 hours a day) and then just cut out on me (i dont know when captcha is shown, every 1, 6, 12 hours??), so the problem is not the captcha itself, but i believe more the program behind figuring out the captcha.

I believe that if the captcha is too hard, it does not refresh the page, but just shuts down the bot. Or is this not possible? (dont know how the captcha recognition program works...)

Been looking at the logs, and have seen the captcha not appear for 1.5 day... so the bot ALWAYS closes down on a captcha i believe now.
This morning the bot crashed again. So its not .NET related.

when the captcha appears, whole captcha engine is loading, from the logs - which you send me, i saw that there was no any try to resolve captcha, bot craches at creating instance of Captcha engine,

i will release new version in this weekend, you will try it, maybe it will work, i fixed some problems,

i will also add captcha engine loading on "Start" click and it will try to resolve one captcha(which will be included with bot) - will see what happens

captcha works for me and other people, i still think that it is something wrong with .NET or windows account,

do you have privileges to create folders on SystemDirectory drive? C: usually
