Problem in some worlds!

Hello , first I would like to say thanks for this awesome bot !
I am using the bot in a world that the number of speed world is not an integer.
And when I am sending attacks with SAIT . The attacks is starting aproximately 400ms - 1s earlier .
I have checked the unit speed and everything is correct !
I hope we will solve this problem because a lot of guys have it too!

do you have any lan software? which speed up your lan, blocks some packets etc, - it may cause the problem, for some people also antiviruses cased problems because they checked every URL address which bot used(to send troops, and other actions)

make sure that you have free internet(no one is downloading torrents, etc)
you can try to recruit 5-10 spy in your first city on the list - maybe there is problem with specific unit, if in first city bot will find spy it will use it for time synchronization
