UTWB stop working

tried to set up the bot in my server
os: windows 7

installed all the requirements
not sure if I installed net framework right, as 3.5 ist preinstalled and 2.0 included in 3.5

anyways, if I try to start the bot it's just instantly crashing
any solutions? rly important guys :/

was some error with the .net framework 2 on the server
everything working on a different server now
