Problem with UTWB

Hi i have 2 problems.

The first one is thath since i update to v2.016 in around 3-4h ( eventually in less) it stopped and says: UTWB.exe stoped working so i cant bot good in it and its anoying.

And for fix these i try to use v2015 but it dosnt solve captcha( v2016 yes for me but 2015 no) can anyone help me to v2.015 solve captcha or to fix v2.016 problem(stoped working)
