IFarmer not working?

Hi guys,
i did setup my IFarmer with 4 villiges. Each village has around 50 villages to farm, but it feels like the bot is always just attacking like a random number of "ready villages". Why aren't all listed villages ready, when they haven't been atteck sinc last interval? (25min) ???
